To ensure product freshness, we are currently fulfilling orders using our own temperature controlled trucks

How long does it take to process and ship out my order ?
Upon receiving payment confirmation from the Bank, your order will be processed on the next business day. The delivery lead time will take between 7 to 10 days, depending on the location
Can I request my order to be delivered at a specified date or time ?
We are unable to schedule deliveries at any specific date or time as it is subjected to our delivery plan.
How much do I have to pay for shipping ?
We are selling our products based on net price and the standard shipping fee is RM15 per order

What should I do if the product delivered is found to be spoilt, damaged or incorrect against my order ?
To mitigate disappointments, our drivers will usually request you to perform a visual check on the products before signing off. However, should there be any issues as mentioned, please email to us at sales@pikzern.com within 3 days from date of receipt by furnishing the following details:
- a) Name & contact number
- b) Invoice number
- c) Name and quantity of products with issues.
- d) Photos of the products with issues
Our team will review and response to your claim within 3 business days. Requests thereafter will not be entertained.
