Which courier company do you cooperate with?

We are currently not engaging any 3rdparty courier company. Due to the nature of our products that mostly need to be delivered chilled, we are using our own refrigerator trucks for all delivery to ensure safe

What is the area coverage for delivery?

A: We regret to inform that at the moment, we are only able to deliver to selected KlangValley areas. Click here to check if your area postcode falls within our delivery coverage.

How long does it take to process and ship out my order?

We will process your order the next working day after successful payment. The delivery will take around7-10 days depending on the area.

Can I request my order to reach within specific date or time?

We regret to inform you that we are unable to schedule deliveries at a specific time or date as our delivery times are determined by your delivery area and our driver’s delivery schedule at your area.

How much is the shipping fees?

The shipping fee is flat rate of RM15.00.


What should I do if my item is faulty, damaged or wrong items?

A: You may email to us within 3 days from the date of receiving your item. Please provide us the following details:-

1.Photos / Videos of the damaged/wrong products


3.Invoice of Purchase

Our team will review and response to your claim within 3 business days. Requests thereafter will not be entertained.
